Shipping InformationOur normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (GMT), excluding Bank Holidays, for spares and parts ordering. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) or on a bank holiday, will not be processed until the next working day.We aim to dispatch all 'in-stock' items ordered before 10am on the same day, else they will be dispatched the following working day. For items not in-stock, separate delivery details will be supplied upon receipt of the order to the purchaser via email. Next working day delivery is standard in most areas of mainland UK, with some exceptions to northern parts of Scotland which is a 2 day delivery service. Timed and Saturday delivery options are available at an extra charge. Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of the consignment. Delivery is normally by courier, some smaller items will be sent through the standard postal system. In all cases a signature will be required at the time of delivery. Where goods are coming from outside of the UK, delivery dates will be estimates and subject to change. In the event of unexpected delays, Charger Bay Solutions Ltd will notify the purchaser via email and where appropriate phone. In the event of a product being damaged upon receipt, Charger Bay Solutions Ltd must be notified on the day of delivery. |
